Cancellation Policy

Most items are shipped the next business day depending upon availability.  We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you require a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at sales@circlepet.com.  All lighting products are custom-made based upon your selections. Cancellations must be authorized in advance. Please contact us for assistance.

Fraud Protection Policy

For your protection, and ours, orders with different SHIP TO and BILL TO addresses may require special verification via phone.  Purchases made with stolen credit card information will be reported to the local law enforcement agencies, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy.  We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalized shopping experience only.  CirclePet.com does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any party for any reason, unless the information is needed for our partners, vendors, and/or carriers to fulfill your order.

Return Policy

CirclePet.com will exchange only manufacture defective items or items damaged during shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Circle Pet.  Upon receipt of the defective or damaged item, CirclePet.com will send a replacement product.  Please ensure your order is accurate prior to processing.  There is a 24-hour Cancellation Policy.

Security Policy

This web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.  We use PayPal's Secure Socket Layer (SSL) 128-bit HTTPS encryption to protect sensitive information online.  This is the standard level of security used for financial institutions with online banking.

When you place orders or access your account information, we offer the use of secure servers powered by PayPal.  The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.  Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and Handling charges vary with the total dollar amount of items purchased and are added at the time of check out.  All dried goods are shipped either UPS Ground or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  Special expediting and insurance shipping arrangements are available at an extra cost, please contact us for details prior to purchasing.

NOTE:  Live animals are shipped UPS Next-Day Air and additional fees will be added, please contact us for details.  All live animals will be delivered to your local UPS Office for pick-up.  Live animals will not be delivered to your Ship To address.  Live animals will NOT be shipped outside of the United States.

Estimated delivery times will vary for each order depending on the product, availability, quantity and size of each order.  Most dried goods will be shipped within 2-3 days.  Live reptiles may ship within 1 week.  Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and all International locations will take longer and are subject to special shipping costs; please contact us for details.

All products of CirclePet.com are shipped FOB Origin.  FOB (Free-On-Board) Origin means that CirclePet.com pays all freight charges, the Buyer owns the goods while in transit, and the Buyer files any damage claims.  Title passes to the Buyer at the moment the goods are transferred from Circle Pet to the carrier.  The Buyer must file any claim (as the owner of freight) for any damaged incurred en route to the destination.

BEFORE signing for any shipment documents, customers are advised to inspect all packages received, and to report ANY product or package damage immediately to the freight company.  Please be sure to note damages on the delivery paperwork and contact CirclePet.com as soon as possible.  Orders with damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to CirclePet.com within 7-days of the delivery date of your order.

If a product supplied by CirclePet.com is found to contain a manufacturing defect, CirclePet.com will replace only the product found to be defective.  See Warranty, Cancellation and Return Policies for further details.

Warranty Policy

All CirclePet.com products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only.  Please contact the manufacturer for assistance with warranty issues.
