    What are your office hours?

    CirclePet.com is available for your on-line shopping convenience 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. We may be reached via phone Monday through Friday, 10:30AM to 8:00PM, and Saturday & Sundays, 10:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time.

    What credit cards do you accept?

    We currently use the PayPal for secure, quick and easy online payments. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and eChecks.  For further details, please visit PayPal.com.

    How do I purchase products on your website?

    When you are ready to make a purchase, please follow these five easy steps:

    • Carefully make your product selections (model, sizes, options, quantity, colors, etc.).

    • Fill-in and verify Shipping Information (name and ship to address).

    • Fill-in and verify the Billing Information (credit card, email address, phone number and any comments).

    • Review Your Order for Accuracy (products, shipping and billing Information. If necessary, you may edit any information or complete the checkout process).

    • OPTIONAL - For quick and easy purchases in the future, you may save your information with PayPal. (To create a PayPal account, all you need to do is choose a password and answer a few security questions.)

    • Print the Confirmation Page for your records.

    Do you have a Privacy Policy?

    YES. CirclePet.com does not share your information with any party for any reason, unless the information is needed for our partners/vendors/carriers to fulfill your order. See Privacy Policy page.

    Do you have a policy against fraud?

    YES. For your protection, and ours, orders with different SHIP TO and BILL TO addresses may require special verification via phone. Purchases made with stolen credit card information will be reported to the local law enforcement agencies, and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. See Privacy Policy page.

    Do I have to pay sales tax?

    ONLY California residents must pay state sales tax to CirclePet.com. Sales tax will be added during the checkout process.

    Can I order over the phone?

    We encourage our customers to make purchases on line.  Product inquiries are welcome over the phone.  At this time, we are not able to process phone orders.

    Can I pay by check or money order?

    YES. We accept Money Orders or Cashier's Checks only; no personal checks please. Make checks payable to: Circle Pet / 1940 Ximeno Avenue / Long Beach, CA 90815 / Phone (562) 597-0619

    Our website will calculate the exact total payment to be mailed. The total amount will be displayed when you review your order for accuracy.  For mail orders, please follow the normal check out process below:

    Do you accept purchase orders?

    We prefer the payment use of PayPal, credit cards, money orders or cashier’s checks. Purchase orders are accepted with 100% payment.

    How much is shipping?

    Shipping and handling charges vary with the total dollar amount of items purchased and are added at the time of check out.  See Policies Section for further details.

    How will my order be shipped?

    Live animals are shipped UPS Next-Day Air.  All other dried goods are shipped either UPS or U.S. Postal Service.  Special expediting and insurance shipping arrangements are available at an extra cost, please contact us for details.  See Policies Section for further details.

     

    NOTE:  Live animals are shipped UPS Next-Day Air and additional fees will be added, please contact us for details.  All live animals will be delivered to your local UPS Office for pick-up.  Live animals will not be delivered to your Ship To address.  Live animals will NOT be shipped outside of the United States.

    How long will my order take to arrive?

    Estimated delivery times will vary for each order depending on the product, availability, quantity and size of each order.  Most dried goods will be shipped within 2-3 days.  Live reptiles may ship within 1 week.  Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and all International locations will take longer and are subject to special shipping costs; please contact us for details.

    CirclePet.com does not provide delivery services.  We will ship the item to you door or item may be picked up only.

    What Is Your Warranty Policy?

    All CirclePet.com products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only. Please contact the manufacturer for assistance with warranty issues.

    What is the Cancellation Policy?

    Most items are shipped the next business day depending upon availability.  We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.  If you require a cancellation, please contact us immediately via email at circlepetca@excite.com.  All lighting products are custom-made based upon your selections. Cancellations must be authorized in advance. Please contact us for assistance.

    What is the Return Policy?

    CirclePet.com will exchange only manufacture defective items or items damaged during shipping. Customer is responsible for shipping charges back to Circle Pet.  Upon receipt of the defective or damaged item, CirclePet.com will send a replacement product. Please ensure your order is accurate prior to processing.  There is a 24-hour Cancellation Policy.

    What if my shipment arrives damaged or defective?

    All products of CirclePet.com are shipped FOB Origin. FOB (Free-On-Board) Origin means that CirclePet.com pays all freight charges, the Buyer owns the goods while in transit, and the Buyer files any damage claims. Title passes to the Buyer at the moment the goods are transferred from Circle Pet to the carrier. The Buyer must file any claim (as the owner of freight) for any damaged incurred en route to the destination.

    BEFORE signing for any shipment documents, customers are advised to inspect all packages received, and to report ANY product or package damage immediately to the freight company. Please be sure to note damages on the delivery paperwork and contact CirclePet.com as soon as possible. Orders with damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to CirclePet.com within 7-days of the delivery date of your order.

    If a product supplied by CirclePet.com is found to contain a manufacturing defect, CirclePet.com will replace only the product found to be defective. See Warranty, Cancellation and Return Policies for further details.
